OUTDOOR BIKE INTERVALS - are ON baby.
Krebs Outdoor interval workouts - Vancouver Cycling's best kept training secret.

Krebs Sweat Fest!
When: Every Wednesday night
Time: depart at 6:10
Where: Alternating weekly locations

In order to give our various members located across the GVA an opportunity to participate in weeknight workouts throughout the summer, we'll be experimenting in July with running the workout every 2nd week around Burnaby Mtn instead of UBC. Dates at Burnaby Mtn will be Jul 10th / 17th / 31st. We'll see what the turnout is like and then decide what to do for August.

Vancouver sessions: meet at Running Room 4th/Alma at 6pm to ride to the workout, or catch up with the gang at 6:30pm at each weekly location.

The workout schedule
June 25th - 6:30 at Burnaby Mtn
The Kermesse course. Yikes....

August 1st - 6:30 at 4th / Alma
This Wednesday evening Aug 1st our weeknight workout is returning to the UBC area after a couple of experimental weeks at Burnaby Mtn. Road and mountain bikes welcome - workout is on the pavement, but I ride a mountain bike so either works fine. Meeting place for workout will be Running Room at 4th/Alma departing ~6:10pm or at the workout start area at ~6:30pm, where we will be taking advantage of another break in the bi-weekly Chicks TT to do another set of flatland mini-TTs in an 8km route around 16th/Imperial/Camosun/Marine. The start area for each tt loop will be at the corner of Camosun and Marine if you want to meet up with the group in progress.
